Privacy policy
The Backbone website (“the site”) is operated by Agentica AI Ltd. (“Agentica”, “we”). This policy explains what information the site collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with and what your rights are. It covers this site only. Information that customers process with the Backbone system itself is governed by the service agreement and its accompanying documents.
What we collect
- Details you enter in the demo request form: full name, email, phone, business or website name, and your message if you write one.
- Basic technical information that the server records automatically when you browse, such as IP address, browser type and access times, for security and to keep the site running properly.
- Accessibility preferences you choose in the accessibility menu are stored in your browser only (using localStorage) and are not sent to us.
The site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To get back to you, arrange a demo and answer your questions.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse, such as automated form submissions.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We won’t send you marketing email without your explicit consent.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information. It may be passed to service providers acting on our behalf, such as our website host and email provider, only as far as needed to operate. Information may also be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact details are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and as required by law. After that they are deleted.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections to the site and limiting access to the people who need it. No method can guarantee complete protection.
Your rights
Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the information held about you, ask to correct it or ask to delete it. For any question or request about privacy, write to us at ido@agentica.co.il.
Minors
The site is intended for business owners and their representatives, not for minors.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
